Commitment Manager does not require an agent to run. Zesty does require an IAM role to be set up and linked to the Zesty dashboard as well as registration to the RI Marketplace in order to see usage metrics and then buy or sell Reserved Instances to cover that usage. And, of course, a CUR is required, so we can ensure optimal coverage.
