Release v25.3 includes PV autoscaling EZswitch v1.0.13

## PV autoscaling EZswitch v1.0.13

This release provides the following new feature:

### New feature

EZswitch is a Kubernetes utility designed to simplify the migration of stateful workloads from non-scalable PVCs to Kompass Storage PVCs with autoscaling capabilities. EZswitch manages the entire lifecycle of this storage transition—from initial synchronization to final switchover—while offering flexibility in how migrations are initiated and controlled.

EZswitch leverages Zesty's auto-scaling storage solution ([Kompass Storage](https://docs.zesty.co/docs/storage-optimization)) to migrate existing StatefulSets (STS) to Zesty Disk PersistentVolumeClaims (PVCs). This enables your workloads to automatically scale storage capacity as data usage grows or shrinks, eliminating the need for manual PVC resizing.
