This is a process which we typically do during an onboarding call with one of our Customer Support Managers, but it can also be completed ahead of time using the instructions below. ### Prerequisites - Login credentials to the AWS Portal (not the Management Console) with [root user access](https://help.zesty.co/s/article/What-is-root-user-access-and-is-it-required). - A US bank account registered to your organization. - This is an [AWS requirement](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/ri-market-general.html#ri-market-concepts-bank) and you shouldn't see any charges associated with the RI Marketplace ever appear on the account. If your organization does not have a US bank account, contact your Customer Success Manager or open a [support ticket](https://zesty.co/contact-us/?support). - Tax ID information for your business. #### To register to the RI Marketplace 1.
