Zesty requires 30 days notification of any major changes to your cloud infrastructure in order to best manage this change from our side and help in providing recommendations to you to help optimize coverage of the new state.
Giving Zesty advance notice of the sorts of changes you are making together with a timeline for them enables us to flag any issues that may arise with the change, start selling off RIs to prevent over-provisioning and potentially expedite ramp-up on the new instances to get you back up to maximum coverage as fast as possible.
Please note that making changes without prior notice can also void the buy-back guarantee on these workloads.
