    • Unused resources events

You can configure notifications to be sent to email addresses or to public Slack and public MS Teams channels.

You can enable multiple notifications as part of the same notification set, or create them each separately, with notifications going to separate targets for each.

In addition, you can see new notifications directly from the platform by clicking the bell icon next to your username.

You configure all notification settings, including integrating with Slack or MS Teams, from the Notification Management page.

Prerequisites

To configure notifications:

  1. From the Zesty platform, click your username in the top right-hand corner and select Notification Management.

The Notification Management page is shown.

  2. To create a notification, click Create new notification settings.

  3. Enter a name for the notification.

  4. Expand the Topics section and select the events that should trigger a notification.

Info notifications are sent even when there are no changes. To stop notifications, use the value as 0.

  5. Set which targets to send to:

    • To send to Teams channels, select Teams and select one or more of the displayed, public channels.

    • To send to Slack channels, select Slack and select one or more of the displayed, public channels.

    • To send to email addresses, enter an address, then press Enter. You can enter multiple email addresses by pressing Enter after each one.

  6. Click Create.

All the notification sets are shown in the Notifications Management page.

To edit or delete notification configurations:

  1. From the Notification Management page, hover over a notification set, and from the Actions menu, select Edit or Delete.

  2. Edit the current notification set or delete it, then confirm the action.
