EZswitch migrates the data using a “copy-on-write” mechanism.
After the first reboot, all new data is written to the Zesty Disk, while existing data is copied to the Zesty Disk in the background.
After the second reboot, the Zesty Disk mount point is changed to the original mount point path.
After the first reboot, if a fail-back is required, the data is copied back to the original file system, taking as long as the initial migration to the Zesty Disk.
